Dr. Jose Colaco, ex-Goa Medical College, a physician based in The Bahamas, has been inducted into the American College of Legal Medicine as a Fellow. In addition to his medical qualifications, Dr. Jose has also qualified with the LLB (Honours) and the LLM (Medical Law) degrees from the UK.Dr. Jose Colaco intends to continue the practice and teaching of Pediatrics and Primary Care, and in addition, offer consultancy in the setting up of Risk Prevention (in Clinical Negligence matters) and assist physicians and lawyers who defend physicians 'hit' with frivolous law suits.
